With an open plan living, kitchen and dining area that leads out onto a deck overlooking Lake Jindabyne and the mountains its the perfect place for a family getaway. The top level contains a BBQ on the deck and a 65 Flat screen TV with surround stereo system. The main bedroom has a super king bed and the second bedroom has a queen and king single bed. The main bathroom is located on the top floor and second bathroom on the lower level each with heated towel rails. The lower level contains the third bedroom with two single bunks a TV and DVD player. Bedroom four has a king and king single bed with a feature wall of the sunset over Lake Jindabyne.

The double lock up garage and front car spots park up to four vehicles. In the garage is a ski tuning bench with waxing iron, adjoining the garage is a ventilated drying room with a 15 pair heated boot dryer. Guests have access to a Ski Locker located Perisher Ski Tube terminal. Evaporative cooling and central heating throughout.
